Degree of Knight of the Sword

Sir Knights and Cousins, Greetings,

This Saturday at the Auburn Hills Masonic Center, we have our stated assembly, and will be conferring the Degree of Knight of the Sword on a class of candidates. The degree work is brief, but we will be conferring it in full form. It is not expected that the work be recited from memory, however, I would ask each officer to familiarize themselves with their parts ahead of time in order to ensure a good experience for our candidates. If you do not have a copy of the ritual at home I can provide you with a digital version.

The cast is as follows:
Brandon Mullins: Great & Mighty King
Robert Cooper: Senior General
Gary Leach: Junior General
Corey Curtiss: Conductor
Donald Galway: Priest
Jake Foster: Senior Warden
Douglas Hegyi, PEC: Junior Warden
Rob Moore: 2nd Captain of the Guards
Harley Ridgeway: 1st Captain of the Guards
Benjamin Morgan: Tyler

On the subject of candidates, I would ask that you personally remind any candidate you submitted for membership of the upcoming degree this Saturday just in case they have forgotten. We should open at 11am.

In addition to the degree we will also be discussing our participation in the 60th Annual Detroit St. Patrick’s Parade which is scheduled for Sunday, March 11th. As usual that is open to all Masons and their families, and if you wish to encourage others to march along with us on Facebook please share the following link: https://www.facebook.com/events/536256720075919/

Details about where and when to meet for the parade will be sent out via e-mail as we draw closer to the event and as always you can find updates about our activities on our official website http://www.km-mi.org as well as in our Facebook group, https://www.facebook.com/groups/trinity36/.

Hope to see you all this Saturday.

Ne cede malis,

Brandon Mullins
